1. The service
DeNoise Genie provides tools for recording, importing, previewing, processing, and exporting audio or video. Features may vary by device, operating-system version, file format, purchase status, and product version.
2. Your files and responsibilities
You retain ownership of files you use with the app. You are responsible for having the right to record, process, save, and share that content. Do not use DeNoise Genie to violate copyright, privacy, recording consent, or other applicable laws.
3. Results and backups
Noise reduction is subjective and results depend on the source, recording conditions, model, and settings. Preview before full processing and keep backups of important originals. We cannot guarantee a particular result or recover files deleted from your device.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase. Prices, billing periods, trials, and available plans are shown before purchase and handled through your Apple Account. Additional details appear in our Subscription Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase checks, misuse the service, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows, or use the product in a way that harms others or our systems.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve the product, address security or compatibility needs, or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect noise removal, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
