1. Available plans
DeNoise Genie may offer weekly, yearly, lifetime, introductory, or promotional options. The plans available to you, their prices, and the features included are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase.
2. Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Apple handles billing, payment methods, receipts, taxes, refunds, and related account questions under its own terms.
3. Automatic renewal
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's applicable rules. Your Apple Account may be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
4. Trials and introductory offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration and price are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the offer ends, it may convert to the displayed paid subscription.
5. Managing or cancelling
Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone or iPad Settings by opening your Apple Account and selecting Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Lifetime access
A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable purchase for the paid features available under that offering. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of a user or device.
7. Restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases inside DeNoise Genie when reinstalling the app or moving to another device signed in to the same Apple Account. Restoring does not create a new charge.
8. Refunds and support
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple. For app functionality or entitlement questions, contact moncius.young@outlook.com.
